1. Introduction

At Brand Wave ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to delivering high-quality branding, marketing, and development services. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, which outlines our strict non-refundable and non-cancellable terms.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Brand Wave are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued, including but not limited to:

  • Branding & Design Services (Logo design, brand identity, packaging, etc.)
  • Marketing Services (Social media management, content creation, advertising campaigns, etc.)
  • Development Services (Website design, software development, integrations, etc.)
  • Consultation & Strategy Services (Business consulting, marketing strategies, feasibility studies, etc.)
  • Custom Work & Special Requests (Any tailor-made solutions provided by our team)

Once work has begun, all fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of project progress or client dissatisfaction. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review service details before placing an order.

3. Cancellation Policy

Brand Wave does not allow cancellations once a project has been initiated. This includes:

  • Any verbal or written confirmation from the client to proceed with work.
  • Any project where our team has allocated time, resources, or started execution.
  • Any pre-paid service agreements, including retainers and monthly subscriptions.

If a client chooses to discontinue services, all payments made up to that point will remain non-refundable. Clients may request modifications or adjustments within the agreed service scope, but no cancellations will be accepted.

4. Modifications & Adjustments

  • If a service package includes revisions, they will be honored as per the agreed terms.
  • Additional revisions, modifications, or new requests beyond the original agreement will be subject to additional charges.
  • If the client fails to provide necessary information, assets, or approvals required for project completion, Brand Wave will not be held responsible for delays, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Force Majeure Clause

Brand Wave is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or emergencies.
  • Technical failures, cyberattacks, or server outages.
  • Government actions or legal restrictions.
  • Any unforeseen event that prevents project execution.

In such cases, Brand Wave will work with clients to find a reasonable alternative, but no refunds will be granted.

6. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By purchasing our services, you agree to waive any chargeback rights with your bank or payment provider. Any disputes should be handled directly with Brand Wave.

  • If a chargeback is initiated after agreeing to this policy, we reserve the right to take legal action to recover funds.
  • Clients engaging in fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned from future engagements with Brand Wave.

7. Policy Updates

Brand Wave reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
