Role Overview
We’re looking for a Remote HR Manager to lead and manage HR operations, structure internal systems, and oversee recruitment. This is a strategic and hands-on role ideal for someone with solid experience in HR, especially with GCC businesses, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for freelance and in-house roles
- Draft and manage employment contracts, NDAs, and freelance agreements
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and templates
- Coordinate performance tracking and evaluations

Organize and maintain HR records (digital filing, access control, etc.)
- Advise leadership on HR best practices and workforce planning
- Coordinate team engagement and support culture development across remote teams
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably with regional or remote companies
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

Strong knowledge of HR contracts, labor practices, and recruitment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Able to work during Kuwait business hours
