Overview:

Brand Wave is seeking a talented Branding Designer to join our creative team. As a Branding Designer, you will play a crucial role in defining and creating brand identities for clients and the company itself. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing brand assets, including logos, typography, color schemes, and other visual elements that represent a brand’s personality and vision. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, market trends, and the ability to translate business goals into compelling visual identities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Identity Creation: Develop and design compelling and cohesive brand identities for clients, including logo design, typography, color palettes, and other brand elements that reflect the brand’s vision, values, and target audience.
  • Brand Guidelines: Create comprehensive brand guidelines that ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including print, digital, and social media channels.
  • Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand their business goals, vision, and requirements. Translate their needs into creative concepts that align with their brand identity.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with design trends, competitor brands, and market research to develop modern, relevant, and appealing branding solutions.
  • Design for Various Media: Design branding materials for various platforms including websites, social media, packaging, business cards, brochures, and other marketing materials.
  • Creative Concept Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and design solutions.
  • Brand Strategy: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure the branding aligns with overall marketing strategies and brand positioning.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet Brand Wave's quality standards and are produced on time and within budget.
  • Presentations & Pitches: Present branding concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.
  • Consistent Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, marketing teams, and clients to ensure all branding elements are executed flawlessly and consistently.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in branding design or graphic design, with a proven track record of creating impactful and successful brand identities.
  • Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
    • Excellent understanding of branding principles and design trends.
    • Ability to develop and execute creative concepts across multiple platforms and mediums.
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
